  Friendly and helpful. What more do you want? I use impressions for nearly all my printing requirements and I'm usually in a hurry. They never have a problem with me saying 'can I have it by Thursday!'. Always on time, always good quality work.

  As a publisher for local authors, I was persuaded to try out Impressions Print and Publish by my proof reader, Ruth Ekblom of Complete Proofreader. I was so impressed with the speed and the quality of the service for the book "Dark Seeds 3am" by Debz Lowry that I was prompted to write my own book too. this was for a talk to be given at a local networking event and required working to strict timelines and with a fast turnaround. I got to the meeting in time with copies of my book (QR Codes for the creative business person) thanks to the efficient, friendly and very helpful service provided by Impressions Print and Publish who will be the printers for the next books I publish.   Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money, too. I had 15 'netball bibs' customised for my friend's hen party, and they looked fabulous. Would definitely recommend using 'Impressions'.
